Processing Time​

Orders process within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and holidays don’t count.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time​

Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout. Standard ground typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Tracking​

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order leaves our facility.

CO₂ Cylinder Delivery​

Cylinders are pressurized items and ship via ground only. They may require an adult signature upon delivery. We can’t ship cylinders to PO boxes or international addresses.

Delivery Responsibility​

Once the carrier marks your package delivered, risk passes to you. We’re not responsible for weather delays, carrier issues, customs, or incorrect addresses.

Incorrect Address​

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package returns because of an invalid address, we’ll contact you about reshipment. Additional fees may apply.

Missed Delivery​

If tracking says delivered but you can’t find it, check neighbors and the carrier first. Contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.

Damaged or Wrong Orders​

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing items, see our Refund & Returns Policy. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
